What's happening next?

The start of 2021 has been a true blessing... We started with an amazing collaboration with our dear friends at Avani Wines in Red Hills South, discovered the rugged natural beauty of Flinders Island and now we are delighting in the spectacular Daintree in Far North Queensland.

Flinders Island was mind blowing. The produce unique, the landscape majestic and the people full of heart. Crayfish, mutton birds, biodynamic and organic produce.. it was paradise. A big thank you for the Youl family, superstar Chef Mikey Yeo and team for an experience like no other.

To present day; 6 months and counting at the Daintree Rainforest. A world heritage location that lives up to it's name. It's so much more than where the rainforest meets the reef. The land is beautiful as it's bountiful.  We've finished off at Daintree Ecolodge, now almost time for our first collaboration in FNQ with Oaks Kitchen and Garden on 27 November 2021 and then on 5 December 2021 we'll be heading up north to Daintree Village for a popup to cook for the locals. Then, we head south to beautiful Mornington Peninsula for a 6 week popup at Avani Wines in Red Hill South, Victoria from 7 January to 14 Feburary.

If you happen to be in any area, cruising with crocs, swimming with turtles or down south surfing in Victoria, come and say hello! We always love seeing old friends and familiar faces while creating new ones!
