What's happening next?

The start of 2021 has been a true blessing... We started with an amazing collaboration with our dear friends at Avani Winery in Red Hills South, discovered the rugged natural beauty of Flinders Island and now we are delighting in the spectacular Daintree in Far North Queensland.

Flinders Island was mind blowing. The produce unique, the landscape majestic and the people full of heart. Crayfish, mutton birds, biodynamic and organic produce.. it was paradise. A big thank you for the Youl family, superstar Chef Mikey Yeo and team for an experience like no other.

To present day; 4 weeks and counting at the Daintree Rainforest. A world heritage location that lives up to it's name. It's so much more than where the rainforest meets the reef. The land is beautiful as it's bountiful. For now, we'll settle our pots and pans at the Daintree Ecolodge, creating dishes that reflect the tropics.. think fresh, bright and fruity!

If you happen to be in the area, cruising with crocs or swimming with turtles, come and say hello! We always love seeing old friends and familiar faces while creating new ones!
